These terms govern your use of the Olympus Projects website and any quote request you submit through it. By using the site you agree to them.

Quotes and estimates

Prices shown on this site are examples, not offers. Your project price is the figure on the written quote we provide after seeing the site. Quotes are valid for 30 days and assume normal access and site conditions; unknown conditions such as buried utilities, unmarked irrigation or unstable soil may require a written change order before work continues.

Promotions

Advertised offers, discounts and financing terms are limited-time, apply to qualifying projects only, cannot be combined unless we state otherwise, and may be withdrawn or changed at any time. Financing is offered by third-party lenders and is subject to their credit approval and terms.

Scheduling and permits

Start dates are estimates and may shift with weather, inspections, material availability or permitting timelines. Where a permit or HOA approval is required, the homeowner is responsible for granting access and providing property information we need to apply.

Payment

Payment schedules are set out in your signed agreement. Work is performed by our own bonded and insured crews; coverage details appear on your quote and contract.

Warranty

We warrant our workmanship for five years from completion, in addition to any manufacturer warranty on materials. The warranty does not cover damage from soil movement outside our scope, third-party work, vehicle loads beyond design, neglect, or acts of nature. Full warranty terms are provided with your contract and control if they differ from this page.

Photos, text and logos on this site are our property or used with permission and may not be reproduced without written consent. Project photos represent completed work; results vary by site, materials and design.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits rights you have under your signed construction agreement or Texas law.
